South Shore Golf Course Info

Surrounded by Lake Wawasee, this hilly course is very challenging because of all the water hazards, trees, and sand bunkers incorporated into its design. The signature holes are #1, a 275-yard, par 4, with hills, water and sand bunkers in play, and #8, a 240-yard, par 3, requiring a long tee shot over a creek to the green. William Diddel designed the back nine and redesigned the existing holes in 1927. This lakeside resort does not have a hotel or any overnight facilities. The Golf Academy is located on the premises.
