St. Clair River Golf Course Description

Originally established in 1917 as St. Clair Golf Club, this course was expanded to eighteen holes in the 1920's by Donald Ross. This course's small greens are fairly fast. The narrow fairways are tree lined and protected by a few sand bunkers. Water hazards (ponds) may come into play on two occasions. Jerry Matthews redesigned four holes in 1993.
